Expanding constantly and known as a key player in the IT Arena, this well established and very solid FTSE 100 organisation are growing their team and now have a position for an experienced MICROSOFT DYNAMICS CRM SENIOR SUPPORT ANALYST. You will be in a team responsible for the support and maintenance of all CRM installations, SharePoint installations and associated third party components that fall within the CRM Apps team's responsibility. Key Responsibilities will be: Day to day support and maintenance of the CRM, SharePoint and CourseBooker applications, providing 3rd level support and advice. Investigate, diagnose and resolve CRM related issues. Liaise with other IT support teams, business areas and third parties in the investigation, resolution and escalation of problems and incidents, ensuring that SLA targets for application availability are maintained. Create and maintain end user documentation relating to the use and design of CRM, SharePoint and CourseBooker applications. Apply software patches and upgrades and deploy new versions of application software. Follow agreed change control procedures Carry out daily checks on high risk areas of the application. Complete impact assessments for any changes to production instances. Provide support out of normal office hours as and when required. Provide technical expertise and guidance to less experienced colleagues. Define, document and maintain working practices and procedures for the Apps CRM function. Identify new working methods, initiatives and technologies to improve the level of service provided by the team to both the business and other IT support teams. Essential Experience: Technical Support Background in C# and .NET Programming Microsoft Dynamics CRM v3 & v4 Microsoft C#.net & Visual Studio Microsoft SharePoint Office Server 2007 Microsoft Windows Server 2003 SQL Server 2007 SQL Server Reporting Services 2007 SQL Server Integration Services 2007 TSQL Single and Multi-tier systems Database/application backup and recovery, including disaster recovery Performance monitoring and tuning Knowledge of any of the following would be advantageous: TK Dialog IRIS CourseBooker Working with Citrix environments Good interpersonal and communication skills Planning and organisational skills Ability to work towards challenging deadlines Strong technical CRM and SharePoint Skills Experience of mission-critical environments Experience of high availability environments Familiarity with recent versions of CRM and SharePoint Knowledge of change management and problem reporting systems Knowledge of Windows Server and batch file scripting
