VB development - high-tech applications £Up to £24k + benefits North Bristol A leading software systems firm are looking for a software developer with Visual Basic experience to join their growing R&D teams. The applications to be developed include potentially life-saving programs incorporating high-reliability development methods and complex data processing. You'll have a chance to work on a variety of high-profile projects, within this well-known and extremely well-respected software company. The current project is written as a Windows app in Visual Basic, interfacing to an Oracle database. This role would suit an established developer, or alternatively a graduate level developer with experience of developing Visual Basic apps within their course. Experience of Oracle databases is highly desirable, although not essential. You will work throughout the full software lifecycle - incorporating design, coding, testing and potentially customer acceptance.
