HR/PY Practice Manager - Birmingham
SAP HR/PY practice manager is needed to take on the responsibility of the practice and successfully build the team and their business pipeline.
The successful Principal SAP HR/PY Business Development manager will have a solid commercial understanding and experience using SAP HR/PY and have been involved in several lifecycles from blue-print to realisation both in a hands-on capacity and as a principal business consultant. You will have been experienced to both a hands-on and a more senior project leading role. This role will require a strong individual who has knowledge of budget monitoring and control as well as leading a project to a quality delivery.
It is important that the successful SAP HR/PY Practice manager will identify specific needs and requirements by working closely with the customer throughout a project.
The responsibilities of this Senior HR/PY lead consultant will include: to build your practice to be a significant revenue generator through leadership and business development. You will write and market business propositions and develop a team of influential, like-minded people. It is important to have high-level interpersonal skills and be comfortable working with key decision makers and stakeholders including director level, this will assist in developing strategic relationships with partners, suppliers, and customers, influencing and assisting customers to articulate their business requirements.
The ideal SAP Practice manager will have a real opportunity to have a demonstrable impact on the business and the client projects their team undertakes - including strategies for finance, process and controls design, shared services and outsourcing support, planning and performance management, budgeting, planning, forecasting and financial modelling to support strategic planning.
