SAP SD/MM Configuration Consultant - Leading Manufacturer in London

Our well known manufacturing client is looking to recruit an SAP Specialist in SAP SD/MM to join the SAP Support team at their European Head Office, based in London.

This interesting SAP SD/MM Configuration position is for an initial 6 month fixed term period. Then subject to review is likely to be extended for a further 6 months. Our client is keen to add an SAP SD/MM consultant who has worked across 1 full lifecycle ideally and has experience in configuration in both SAP SD & MM. You will be exposed to analysis, administration and SAP support in order to fulfil this position. Reporting to the Application Support Manager, the SAP SD/MM Specialist will be responsible for:

Helpdesk User support and some basic SAP user training. You will maintain an issues log, provide 1st line & 2nd line support to the business.

This varied SAP SD/MM Support role will require you to carry out configuration as well (small changes/updates/enhancements as well as some project work). This will obviously include the undertaking of translating business requirements and providing system documentation. Working within a busy SAP team, the successful applicant must be educated to degree level (in computing or related disciplines) and have a thorough understanding of configuration within MM and SD modules in version 4.6. Any knowledge of PS and EDI would be an advantage as would any SAP certifications.
