Change Manager - Change Analyst - Change Coordinator required for this FTSE 100 service provider based in Cheltenham. To manage all changes to IT Infrastructure components and ensuring that standardised methods and procedures are used in order to minimise the impact of change related problems upon IT service quality.

Essential Experience/Skills Working within an ITIL Change Management environment
Working within ITIL aligned processes

Desired Experience/Skills
Strong report writing skills
Good IT knowledge (broad rather than deep) of market leading infrastructure and software components/technology, and commonly used IT terminology.
Excellent communication skills
Proven decision maker
