Position: Software Engineer – C/C++/GUI/UML Salary: £30-40,000 Location: Leicester 


This is a fabulous opportunity to join a globally recognised organisation working as part of a team taking innovative and cutting edge solutions through the full software lifecycle of products for use in a variety of applications within the defence sector You’ll be involved in the development of Real-Time and Non Real-Time applications running on both Windows and Embedded platforms; you’ll primarily be involved in the Requirements Management through to Software Acceptance aspect of the Software LifeCycle. Key Skills and Experience ·C, C++ ·Requirements Analysis ·UML ·GUI/MMI ·Design and implementation of hardware interfaces (CANbus) ·Configuration management and Design Review activities. ·Systems Integration, setting to work and test ·Conceptual design and development of solutions. The role requires motivated individuals who are able to work flexibly and under their own initiative often against tight deadlines.
