Business Analyst – Traditional Business Analyst - BA
A prestigious FTSE 100 company is looking for a Business Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to join the business in one of it's most exciting and prosperous times ever and an opportunity to be involved with a new, cutting edge project.
The Business Analyst is the link between the Business and IT. You will represent the Business and will be responsible for ensuring that the business requirements, within the scope of the project brief, are met.
In this role the Business analyst may work independently, reporting to a project manager, on small/medium sized projects with appropriate supervision from the Lead BA. Alternatively, they may work with a team of BAs on Medium/Large, more complex projects, with a project reporting line to a Senior BA.
Candidates must have; •Significant Business Requirements gathering experience •Ability to document and gather requirements at the beginning of the project, through to the end •Large Project experience – particularly SDM understanding •Proven experience of facilitating requirements workshops. •MS Word, Excel and MS Project proficiency
We are looking for candidates who are strong Business Analysts with a proven work history, who can quickly establish credibility with business and technical staff and are able to coordinate stakeholders to achieve consensus on requirements.
