SAP PY Principal Consultant - Leading IT Organisation (London)
The successful SAP HR consultant will have a solid commercial understanding and exposure to SAP HR and have been involved in several lifecycles from blue-print to realisation both in a hands-on capacity and as a principal business consultant.
You will own and develop complex end-to-end SAP HCM/PY solutions that match customer`s business needs and l have the ability to develop in-depth understanding of issues that come along with that. It is important that the successful SAP HR Lead Consultant will identify specific needs and requirements by working closely with the customer throughout a project.
The responsibilities of this SAP HCM consultant will include: to build your practice to be a significant revenue generator through leadership and business development. You will write and market business propositions and develop a team of influential, like-minded people. It is important to have high-level interpersonal skills and be comfortable working with key decision makers and stakeholders including director level, this will assist in developing strategic relationships with partners, suppliers, and customers, influencing and assisting customers to articulate their business requirements. You will provide customers with tangible and practical consulting products and services.
The ideal Lead HR/PY consultant will have a real opportunity to have a demonstrable impact on the business and the client projects their team undertakes - including strategies for finance, process and controls design, shared services and outsourcing support, planning and performance management, budgeting, planning, forecasting and financial modelling to support strategic planning.
The key to fulfilling this position is you will have excellent commercial experience in SAP HR/PY, good principal level experience (leading projects, teams, etc). You will also need good budgetry control, business development and sales skills in this client-facing role.
