Customer Support Operators urgently required for a leading Telecommunications service provider situated in Brussels. To be successful in this role you will speak fluent English and French. You will possess exemplary customer service skills with an ability to resolve issues effectively and timely, using telephone, e-mail or other means. You will be required to carry out all monitoring and first level fault management for the client's network systems. This responsibility covers the entire infrastructure including: telecommunications equipment such as switching (VOICE, TDM and Next Generation Network/VOIP) and compression systems, modems, satellite and other transmission equipment, quality and monitoring systems (for BSS and OSS). Using your initiative you will ensure problem resolution by liasing with second line support teams, external third party companies and by keeping the customer updated on the status of problem resolution.
Please note that all duties will be carried out on a 24/7 Shift Rota.
